The customer communications industry is coming back together.
cXm Professionals Association (CXMPA) is proud to announce its growing participation at the 2026 PRINTING United Expo, helping to bring renewed focus to the professionals, technologies, and conversations shaping the future of customer communications.
  
Over the years, many organizations supporting customer communications have become spread out across the exhibitor show floor, intermixed with adjacent industry exhibitors, making it harder for customer communications professionals to connect, collaborate, and share ideas. At this year’s PRINTING United Expo, CXMPA is helping to bring that community together through a centralized industry presence.
  
At PRINTING United Expo 2026, CXMPA will support educational programming, networking opportunities, industry awards, and expanded participation by organizations across the customer communications space. Our goal is to foster a stronger sense of community among professionals and companies, helping organizations improve their communications operations and better support their customers’ evolving needs.
  
One of the most encouraging signs from CXMPA’s 2025 educational activities at PRINTING United was the number of new industry professionals who attended our sessions. Attendees included professionals from existing print and mail operations seeking insights, operational guidance, and opportunities to learn from peers facing similar challenges.
  
That growing interest reinforces CXMPA’s mission to provide an educational and professional community where industry professionals can continue to build knowledge, develop skills, and connect with others across the customer communications industry.
  
 PRINTING United Expo 2026 provides an important opportunity to continue those conversations.
  
Over the coming months, CXMPA will continue sharing additional details about educational sessions, networking opportunities, and community activities planned for PRINTING United Expo 2026.
