Role titles will vary. Qualification should be based on demonstrated responsibilities, knowledge and outcomes.

One certification discipline
per application.

Applicants need at least five years of relevant professional experience, 100 qualifying Certification Credits and agreement to the CXMPA Certified Professionals Code of Ethics.

Each submitted application covers one certification. A second certification requires a separate application.

Submit three work examples

CXMP candidates use the Work Example Portfolio and relate each example to the Skills Matrix.

Complete peer review

A Certification Evaluation Panel reviews the portfolio and presents its determination to the Certification Commission.
