Customer communications archives have traditionally been viewed as places to retain completed documents. Today, organizations need archives that can also help people find, access, present, distribute, and use those communications across customer service, operations, compliance, and digital experiences.

Join Solimar Systems for a practical exploration of modern archive and digital distribution. The session will begin with the foundations of document capture, indexing, security, search, retrieval, and retention, then examine how archived communications can support digital presentment, customer service, document recreation, reporting, and connected business workflows.

Whether you are maintaining a long-standing repository, evaluating new archive capabilities, or considering how retained communications can support broader digital experiences, this session will help you assess what your archive does today and what it could enable next.

Session Takeaways:

  • Modern archive fundamentals
  • Indexing, search, and secure retrieval
  • Digital distribution and presentment
  • Customer service and operational workflows
  • Archive modernization opportunities
