As Director of Software and Production Print at Bluecrest, Buddy Perry is responsible for leading, managing, and directing Bluecrest’s North American strategy and sales teams. Buddy has more than 30 years of senior management experience in the workflow, EOM and CCM spaces.
Buddy has spent a career developing relationships in and around these spaces as a sales leader. Through this knowledge base, Buddy will guide Bluecrest’s efforts to grow our customer base to bring Bluecrest’s solutions to a wider customer base.
Before joining Bluecrest Buddy lead sales teams at Crawford Technologies, Ricoh, ExStream Software and Bell + Howell. Through his leadership these companies expanded their offerings, their market share and profitability.
Buddy has advanced degrees in marketing and management and is a frequent industry presenter and speaker. He owns several patents in relevant technologies and is recognized as a leading industry expert.

Joe Eremita is the Senior Director of Software Product Line Management at BlueCrest. Joe joined BlueCrest as a Software Solution Specialist, where he utilized his end-to-end print and mail expertise to address clients’ operational and business challenges while also identifying opportunities for growth.
Before joining BlueCrest, Joe spent 20 years at Pitney Bowes, where he held various software roles in Engineering, Solution Architecture, Support, and Sales, as well as in product management for the digital solutions business in North America. With over 20 years of industry experience, Joe collaborates directly with clients and internal teams to manage the software product portfolio, consistently delivering results and innovative digital strategies that foster mail production growth and efficiency.
