cXm Professionals Association Announces 2026 Industry Award Recipients for Customer Communications Innovation
BlueCrest and Renkim, Crawford Technologies, Solimar Systems with Compu-Mail, LLC and Hansen360 recognized for technologies and implementations delivering measurable operational impact
ATLANTA, GA — September 8, 2026 — The cXm Professionals Association (CXMPA) today announced the recipients of its 2026 Industry Awards, recognizing technologies and real-world implementations that advance print, mail, and customer communications.
The 2026 awards recognize achievements in two categories, Solution of the Year and Technology of the Year, with a winner and an honorable mention selected in each.
This year’s recipients demonstrate diverse approaches to some of the industry’s most persistent operational challenges, including workflow complexity, production efficiency, scalability, privacy, interoperability, and the practical application of emerging technology.
2026 Solution of the Year
Winner: BlueCrest & Renkim
Transforming Production Efficiency with Roll Printing
BlueCrest and Renkim received the 2026 Solution of the Year Award for transforming Renkim’s print and mail production environment through high-speed roll-fed inkjet, intelligent workflow management, and production automation.
The implementation consolidated more than 400 daily jobs into fewer than 40 optimized workflows and supported more than 40% growth in printed images and inserted mailpieces over two years. The transformation also improved equipment utilization, reduced labor requirements, and expanded Renkim’s production capacity without requiring proportional increases in equipment.
Honorable Mention: Solimar Systems, Compu-Mail, LLC & Hansen360
Going 6×9: The Intelligent & AI Way
Solimar Systems, Compu-Mail, LLC, and Hansen360 received an Honorable Mention for combining AI-assisted document inspection with Solimar’s Rubika post-composition technology to solve a practical production and privacy challenge.
The implementation brought more than 40 applications into a repeatable process while using AI to identify potential privacy exposures for review and Rubika to make the necessary document changes. The approach reduced production variables, simplified onboarding, and demonstrated a practical application of AI within print and mail operations.
2026 Technology of the Year
Winner: Crawford Technologies
IntelliMerge PRO
Crawford Technologies received the 2026 Technology of the Year Award for IntelliMerge PRO, a data-driven production workflow platform that replaces fragmented, application-specific processes with a standardized workflow for high-volume customer communications.
In one implementation, approximately 90% of production volume was routed through a single standardized workflow, enabling the consolidation of production into one facility and a 50% reduction in the inserter fleet. The implementation also introduced real-time, piece-level tracking and provided a repeatable model for onboarding additional work without creating new application-specific production workflows.
Honorable Mention: BlueCrest
Strata Output Manager
BlueCrest received an Honorable Mention for Strata Output Manager, part of the BlueCrest Strata platform, which brings cloud-native workflow management and real-time print-stream transformation to enterprise print and mail environments.
The technology separates communication management from production execution, enabling organizations to centralize workflow control while supporting diverse devices, formats, production sites, and service providers. This approach provides greater flexibility across in-house, outsourced, and hybrid production environments while maintaining governance and operational control.
“What stood out across this year’s recipients is how directly their work addresses real operational challenges. These are practical examples of simplifying workflows, improving control, applying technology in meaningful ways, and creating capacity for growth. The awards recognize the achievement, but there is even more value in giving the industry an opportunity to learn how that work was accomplished.”
Hear the Stories Behind the Awards
CXMPA will bring the 2026 award recipients together for two virtual Industry Awards Showcases on September 15 and 17, giving customer communications professionals the opportunity to hear directly from the organizations behind the recognized work.
At the two events, recipients will share the challenge they addressed, their approach, the technologies used, and the results achieved through real-world case study presentations.
