2026 cXm Professionals Industry Awards
The cXm Professionals Industry Awards recognize organizations, technologies, solutions, and industry leaders driving meaningful advancement across customer communications management, customer experience, workflow modernization, print, digital delivery, accessibility, and operational transformation.
The awards program is intended to highlight innovation, measurable business impact, and the practical application of technologies and strategies improving customer communications operations and experiences across the industry.
AWARD CATEGORIES
Solution of the Year
Honors an individual, company, or organization for outstanding achievement in the creative application of current technology or the unique implementation of existing document and communications systems.
Technology of the Year
Recognizes an individual, company, or organization that has developed an original concept, product, or program delivering a significant advancement in customer communications management capabilities.
Award nominations are limited to active cXm Professionals Corporate Members and require member portal login access to complete submission forms. Submission requirements, supporting material instructions, and nomination deadlines are provided within each nomination form.

- May 19, 2026 – Nominations Open
- June 30, 2026 – Nominations Close
- Supporting nomination materials must be submitted by reply email no later than June 30, 2026, including:
- Nomination description (two-page maximum)
- Optional case studies
- Supporting implementation details
- August 3, 2026 – Award Recipients Informed
- September 8, 2026 – Industry Award Winners Announced
- September 24, 2026 – Awards Presented at PRINTING United
